Shipping, Returns & Refund
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipping. If the payment has been made and you want to make changes or cancel the order, you can contact us within 12 hours of the order being made. If the packing and shipping process has been carried out, cancellation cannot be made.
Return of goods
Products sold at BG Streets are under a 3 (three) day return guarantee. The calculation starts from the date your order arrives at the address and returns cannot be made after the 3 day period. We only accept returns for products that are defective / damaged. At present, product returns for reasons that change your mind are not permitted.
Legitimate return requirements:
- Proof of purchase (order number, purchase invoice, others)
- Bank details in the Return Form if payment is made through Bank Transfer.
- Please repack the product to be returned
- Please send the product you want to return to our warehouse address
Refunds
BG Streets is committed to processing customer refunds with the following conditions:
Refunds are made to the sender's party's bank account, after the required data is complete, provided by the customer to BG Streets Admin by sending an email to bgonline@bgstreets.com.sg
The data referred above are:
- Proof of purchase (order number, purchase invoice, others)
- Bank details in the Return Form if payment is made through Bank Transfer.
- Please repack the product to be returned
- Please send the product you want to return to our warehouse address
- Details of the bank account of the sender with the purpose of the refund (in the form of: account holder's name, bank name, account number)
- Reason for wanting to make a refund
