1. PRICING

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

2. ORDERS AND SHIPPING

• Orders will be processed and delivered within 3-5 working days.
• No cancellation or refund is allowed once payment is made.
• BGST provides FREE delivery within Singapore for purchases above S$60. Otherwise, a flat fee of $10 is imposed for delivery in Singapore. Delivery will take 3-5 working days. During peak periods, there might be some slight delay but we will arrange the delivery as soon as we could.
• Shipping is currently available within Singapore only.

3. PAYMENT

We accept payments by all major credit cards via Paypal, and also Paypal accounts.

4. RETURNS

Please check the item immediately upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if it is faulty. Do return us the product in its intact packaging and we will provide an one-to-one exchange for you. All exchanges are done at BG Streets Holdings office, as we dont not provide free delivery for exchanges.

The Product shall be un-used, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our Site.

Should there be any damages due to incorrect assembly by customers, there will be no exchange or returns allowed.

BG Streets Holdings reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, BG Streets Holdings will have the right to make the final decision.
